Return Policy

For non-commissioned artwork purchases, if no more than 30 days have elapsed from the date you received your purchase, you may contact me at [email protected] to request a return. After 30 days, I unfortunately can’t offer you a return or refund. Due to the custom nature of the work, commissioned artwork cannot be returned except in the case of the item arriving defective or damaged.

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in the same condition that you received it, without damage, including the certificate of authenticity, and in its original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return request is accepted, you will receive instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

Damages upon arrival
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Original art purchased through a gallery cannot be returned through Thomas Mann Studio. Contact the gallery where the piece was purchased to learn about their return policies, if applicable.
Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged for any reason after arrival, is not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not available.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item, along with notice of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a reasonable number of business days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Return shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a shipping service with tracking, and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
